In an effort to eliminate leechers/freeloaders, and increase the activity of the blog, 
from now on, all visitors must be registered (and logged in) to see the link, to comment, 
and to rate the post.

Once you are approved, your activity will be monitored. If the activity level is too low 
(no or very few comments/rating during a period of time), your username will be DELETED, 
your ip and email address will be BANNED. In other words, you will no longer have access 
to this blog. And no, a few words comments (Thanks!, I love you,...), and request 
for reupload do not count.

I hope you can understand that this policy is needed to encourage the participation of 
visitors. I'd rather close the blog than see it become a link-yard.

Registration is FREE. Please DONATE to help keep it FREE. Otherwise, in order 
to pay for the hosting, a payment system would be setup in which you would pay a small 
amount to be member, or to access the newest content. I'm sure you don't want that.
